Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

An invalid event history watermark has been detected by background cleanup. The watermark will be deleted.

|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
This warning event indicates that an invalid event history watermark will be deleted so that all watermark fields are valid. A watermark is a checkpoint stored on the Exchange server that indicates the latest event (an operation such as MailboxCreated, MailboxMoveStarted, or MailboxMoveFailed) was processed on a mailbox. A watermark list helps the event consumers maintain a record of the events processed on a particular mailbox until any given point of time. A background cleanup process helps delete the old events periodically. See MSEX2K3DB for additional information about this event.
