As per Microsoft: "These error messages can occur if entries under the following registry key on the domain controller are missing or incorrect: "KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters". See ME258805 to fix this problem.
