Event Description: The Terminal Services User Home Directory was not set because the path specified does not exist or not accessible. The default Home Directory Path was used instead. User Name: pethen Domain: MJKELLY-DOM
Comment: Fixed this by going into Group Policy Management under (R Click / Edit) Terminal Server: Computer Configuration / Policies / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Terminal Servers / Terminal Server / Profiles.  There was a typo in the profile path for me.
