Additionally:
SQL Server Express 2005 isn`t starting
Problem: Something has overwritten these files.
Solution:
Starting SQL Express Setup, select the point reconfigure database. After the setup has finished the setup preparation, I was possible to start the SQL DB. So I canceld the setup. I think, the setup preparation has reinstalled the missing files. Index: 4229
