Any ideas on what could be causing this

Event Type: Error
Event Description: Unable to connect to SMTP host cpfexch.cpfiuoe.org due to error "Interrupted.". If you are running McAfee Anti-Virus then make sure that outgoing SMTP traffic is not blocked from this machine (e.g. "Access Protection") and that no firewall is blocking traffic between this host and the mail server.
Comment: Haven't gotten a clue on how to fix this connectivity issue yet.
