Comment: I encountered this on an SBS2008 box that was migrated from SBS2003.  The exact commands I used from the Exchange Mgmt Sheel are as follows (replace YOURORGNAME with the one appropriate for your server):

Get-PublicFolder "\non_ipm_subtree\offline address book\/o=YOURORGNAME/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=Default Offline Address list" -Recurse | Set-PublicFolder -Replicas "second storage group\public folder database"

Get-PublicFolder "\non_ipm_subtree\offline address book\/o=YOURORGNAME/cn=addrlists/cn=oabs/cn=Default Offline Address List" -Recurse | Set-PublicFolder -ReplicationSchedule $alwaysrun

I don't know if it was required, by I did a "run as administrator" when I started the Exchange Mgmt Shell. I then had users restart Outlook 2007 and all was fine. Index: 4161
