As per Microsoft, an application has returned a network-specific error code. The advice is to look at the documentation from the network provider to find the meaning of this network-specific error code.
This explanation is far from being explicit as the network provider is in most cases Microsoft itself. From our experience, when this error occurs there are additional messages with a more direct indication of the problem. Typically additional error codes like Error code 5 (access denied) are mentioned, pointing to the acutal problem. So look for additional messages that seem related to the problem.
