This error message is pretty self explanatory. File access information is in the form VolumeLabel:\DirectoryName\FileName (like C:\Temp\Help.doc). Troubleshooting this error is finding where in the program the file access is attempted, then correcting the wrong item.
Most of the time is simply a typing error, like C:\Tem\Help.doc or C:\Temp\\Help.doc. Also frequently the cause is incorrect handling of long file names, some programs require quotes when indicating a file, for example "C:\Program Files\App\Log1.txt", otherwise will get only C:\Program and will show the error 123.
