As per M899393, this issue is recorded on Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange 2000 if the following conditions are true:
- The computer account for the Exchange server has an explicit Deny permission for the Receive As permission assigned.
- A user deletes an unread e-mail message that has a read receipt requested.

This indicates a problem with the permissions a client has in accessing a COM object (automation). Microsoft's suggestion: On the server machine, launch the Remote Automation Connection Manager and choose the Client Access tab. Make sure the System Security Policy is set correctly. If this does not work, try using one of the other Policy options such as Allow All Remote Creates.
M157049 provides some indications in debugging remote automation servers in Visual FoxPro 5 but they can be applied to any type of automation servers.
