This error indicates that the system has problem rezolving the name of one host used to perform system-related tasks. For example, a common issue is when Windows is trying to syncronize the system time with an external time server but the DNS service cannot obtain the IP address for that host name. The administrator should manually verify if the host name resolves to an IP address (i.e. use nslookup). If it doesn't, change that host name with one that is up an running and it can be resolved through DNS.
