This error occurs when a programming function is called with the wrong number or wrong type of parameters. While useful for programmers, it does not help too much network administrators. This indicates however that most probably this is a bug in the application that generated it so they can try to install the latest service pack or fixes or verify that the application installation is not corrupted or otherwise compromised. It could also indicate that the operating system is not fully supported by the application.
