Indicates an attempt login with a valid user name but the wrong password. The most common reasons are for this error are:
- mispelled password (i.e. the CAPS LOCK is on or typos)
- password changed but some applications are still trying to use the old password (i.e. services that are using that account)
- malicious attempt to guess the password
