Description: Cluster node <node> failed to make a connection to the node over network '<network>'. The error code was <error code>.
This behavior occurs if the following conditions are true:
1.The Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) is enabled on the cluster-based server computer.
2.The Cluster Server check box in the Select the server roles that the selected server performs list is not selected in the Security Configuration Wizard.
See ME883398 for a solution to this problem.
For fixing this error on NT4 or W2K Server with clustering, please see ME317232:
"This problem can occur if you did not restart the Cluster service. You must stop and restart the Cluster service on both nodes after you change either the Cluster service account or the Cluster service password".
